Lush ethically sources peppermint leaves from local farmers in the northern Indian state of Uttar Pradesh.

Peppermint features in many of our products; in fact, we use anywhere from three to six tonnes of it every year! Peppermint can be both refreshing and soothing and has been known to have antibacterial properties.

Our menthol crystals are 100 percent natural and made by extracting oil from wild mint. These crystals support our producers in India, who run initiatives for their communities like free schooling for single mothers, wheelchair giveaways for people with disabilities and educational programs.
